Construction season is ramping up, and multiple projects have active traffic impacts within the City of Pendleton. Work happening this week includes: • sewer and storm drain replacement on NW Despain Avenue• Sewer Main replacement on SW Tutuilla Road• SE 3rd Street water line replacement• ODOT ADA Upgrades at the intersections of SE 9th and SE 10th and SE Court Ave
