The winners of the light contest are:
First Place Business, winner of a $200 water credit and $200 donation to a local school group, non-profit or charity is THE STUBBORN MULE!! At their request, the City will make a $200 donation to the Wallowa County Humane Society.
First Place Residencial, winner of a $200 water credit and $200 donation to a local school group, non-profit or charity is CAITLIN STRUTZ!! At her request, the City will make a $200 donation to the Wallowa County Humane Society.
Second Place Residencial, winner of a $100 water credit and $100 donation to a local school group, non-profit or charity is KEITH & PAIGE CLEMENTS. At their request, the City will make a $100 donation to Community Connections.
