NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hermiston Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of January, 2023 at or after 7:00 pm at City Hall, 180 NE 2nd St, Hermiston, Oregon.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from Beau Bankston for the expansion of a non-conforming use. The applicant seeks to build a larger garage on the lot. The request is defined as an alteration of a non-conforming use and requires approval from the planning commission subject to the provisions for a conditional use permit prior to obtaining a building permit.   The property is owned by John & Diane Schnell and is located at 291 E. Gladys Ave.  It is also described as 4N 28 11CB Tax Lot 2200.
