Harney District Hospital (HDH) Family Care Clinic invites you to attend its Patient Advisory Council meeting Thursday, Dec. 8 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the HDH Board Room. Please enter through the main entrance of the hospital and then continue to the board room downstairs.
This meeting is open to all HDH Family Care Clinic patients, patients' family members and caregivers, and community partners.
The purpose of the Patient Advisory Council is to engage patients, families, and caregivers as advisors in the clinic's quality-improvement activities.
During the meeting, you will:• Learn more about the clinic through discussion and data review.• Share your thoughts and feedback with clinic leaders.
A light lunch will be served.
