On July 26, 2022, the City of Hines City Council adopted Resolution 2330 referring a City Measure to the voters at the general election on November 8, 2022. Notice is hereby given that the City Elections Official of the City of Hines has received a ballot title related to prohibiting psilocybin-related businesses. Any voter may file a petition for review of the ballot title in the Harney County Circuit Court. The deadline to file a petition for review is 5:00 p.m. on August 26, 2022. Copies of the ballot title by opening and printing the attached file below, or at Hines City Hall, 101 E. Barnes Avenue, Hines, OR 97738.
