PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will be conducting the second of two public hearings on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the Thornton Conference Room of the Wallowa County Courthouse; located at 101 South River St., Enterprise, Oregon 97828.
The purpose of the hearing is for a public reading of Ordinance 2022-03, IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING A BAN ON PSILOCYBIN SERVICE CENTERS AND THE MANUFACTURE OF PSILOCYBIN PRODUCTS and Consideration of same Ordinance 2022-03, referring a Measure to the Electors to Prohibit the Establishment of Psilocybin Product Manufacturers and Psilocybin Service Center Operators within Unincorporated Wallowa County.
Ordinance 2022-003 may be reviewed in the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners office – 101 S River St. Room 301, Enterprise OR 97828. The hearing is open to the public.
