Harney County - OR issued the following announcement on Apr. 28.
Ballots are in the Mail! They should begin arriving in your mail boxes in the next few days. If you do not receive your ballot by Tuesday, May 3, Please contact the County Clerk's office to arrange for a replacement. No Postage is necessary to return your ballot by mail, and/or you can use an official ballot drop site ANYWHERE in Oregon. Official Ballot Drop sites in Harney County are located behind the Courthouse in Burns; at Hines City Hall; across from Fellowship Church in Crane or at the Harney County Clerk's office. Election day is May 17th, and POSTMARKS Count. Please contact the County Clerk for ANY election related question or concern.
