Of the 198 people living in Adrian in 2019, 43.4 percent (86) were women and 56.6 percent (112) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Oregon News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 53-to-33. In the 65 and over age range, there were 34 females and 17 males.
